At House of Wonder UK, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

Attention: Products purchased at fairs or physical events do not benefit from a right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

2. Products Eligible for Return To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, intact and complete.
• Opened or used hygiene and care products cannot be returned for safety and health protection reasons.

• After validation, we will send you the address and return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of an error on our part.

4. Refund

• Upon receipt and verification of the returned products, we will process the refund via the initial payment method within 14 days.
• In the case of a product that is used, damaged, or not compliant with our return policy, no refund will be issued.
