ARTICLE 1 \u2013 PURPOSE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter \u201cGTC\u201d) govern the contractual relations between the company <\/span><\/span>HOUSE OF WONDER UK<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0(hereinafter \u201cthe Seller\u201d) and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website <\/span><\/span>www.gambynatur.co.uk<\/span><\/span><\/a> (hereinafter \u201cthe Customer\u201d).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Customer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 2 \u2013 PRODUCTS<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The products offered for sale are those described on the HOUSE OF WONDER UK website. Product photographs are not contractually binding.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

HOUSE OF WONDER UK strives to provide accurate descriptions but cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 3 \u2013 PRICE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Product prices are indicated in GBP (\u00a3) and include <\/span><\/span>all taxes<\/span><\/span><\/strong>. Delivery costs are not included and are specified when confirming the order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

HOUSE OF WONDER UK reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rate in effect at the time the order is validated by the Customer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 4 \u2013 ORDER<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The Customer places an order on the site by selecting the desired products and confirming their basket.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Final acceptance of the order occurs after full payment. A confirmation email is then sent to the Customer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

HOUSE OF WONDER UK reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer, or if there is suspicion of fraud or unavailability of the product.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 5 \u2013 PAYMENT<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Payment for orders is made online by credit card or any other payment method accepted on the site.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Payment is secured using a data encryption protocol. If the bank refuses payment, the order will be automatically canceled.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 6 \u2013 DELIVERY<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

6.1 Deadlines and procedures<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. HOUSE OF WONDER UK cannot be held responsible for any delays due to the carrier or exceptional circumstances.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

6.2 Delivery costs<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination location.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

6.3 Receipt of products<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The Customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In the event of an anomaly (damaged package, missing product, etc.), the Customer must immediately report it to the carrier and contact customer service within 48 hours.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

ARTICLE 7 \u2013 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

In accordance with Article 29 of the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013, the Customer has 14 <\/span><\/span>days<\/span><\/span><\/strong> from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
