ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the contractual relations between the company HOUSE OF WONDER UK (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website www.gambynatur.co.uk (hereinafter “the Customer”).
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those described on the HOUSE OF WONDER UK website. Product photographs are not contractually binding.
HOUSE OF WONDER UK strives to provide accurate descriptions but cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICE
Product prices are indicated in GBP (£) and include all taxes. Delivery costs are not included and are specified when confirming the order.
HOUSE OF WONDER UK reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rate in effect at the time the order is validated by the Customer.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER
The Customer places an order on the site by selecting the desired products and confirming their basket.
Final acceptance of the order occurs after full payment. A confirmation email is then sent to the Customer.
HOUSE OF WONDER UK reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer, or if there is suspicion of fraud or unavailability of the product.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
Payment for orders is made online by credit card or any other payment method accepted on the site.
Payment is secured using a data encryption protocol. If the bank refuses payment, the order will be automatically canceled.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
6.1 Deadlines and procedures
The products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. HOUSE OF WONDER UK cannot be held responsible for any delays due to the carrier or exceptional circumstances.
6.2 Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination location.
6.3 Receipt of products
The Customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In the event of an anomaly (damaged package, missing product, etc.), the Customer must immediately report it to the carrier and contact customer service within 48 hours.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 29 of the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
7.1 Return conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition , unopened and unused.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error by HOUSE OF WONDER UK.
- A refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HOUSE OF WONDER UK guarantees that its products comply with current standards and are suitable for their use.
Any claim relating to a defect or non-compliant product must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
HOUSE OF WONDER UK cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the product by the Customer or in the event of an allergy to the components of the products.
ARTICLE 9 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The data collected during an order is necessary for purchasing management and customer relations.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by contacting HOUSE OF WONDER UK at the following address: info@gambynatur.co.uk .
ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or exploitation without prior authorization is prohibited.
ARTICLE 11 – FORCE MAJEURE
HOUSE OF WONDER UKcannot be held responsible in the event of non-performance of the contract due to a case of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).
ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These T&Cs are subject to the laws of England & Wales.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of England & Wales.
